First-time setup — grant yourself admin access:

1. Sign up with your email using the form above.
2. Go to console.firebase.google.com
3. Open your project → Firestore Database
4. Find the users collection → click your document
5. Set approved = true and role = admin
6. Refresh this page and sign in — you'll have full access.
